ACHAMPS utilizes an airline's raw  scheduling data to generate a database  of room distributions for each city,  allowing for varying crew size, hotel  contract restrictions and union contract  rules. This assures the rooms, in multiple  hotel cities, are distributed in  the most cost efficient manner. A data file  for each hotel is generated which is placed on ACHAMPS secure Internet server. Each hotel is provided password access to our web based program. Using the Champ Printer web site, the hotel prints standardized sign-in sheets, pickup and drop-off schedules and a detailed monthly summary of room requirements.
